Hi it's VSX 523
Some more detail....
I can see power ON display ok , you can select different inputs but nothing happens , factory reset already done...All the PCB I dismantled cleaned with petrol put back still same no change.....leave it switch on and every thing starts working after 12 to 18 hrs...

If I switch it off for 5 min again same story....

One Peculier thing I noticed while dismantling all the screws have some voltage... I was using conventional Electric tester and bulb was lit.... Last year Pioneer service centre repaired the AV receiver...it worked for 1 month only....since then I have tried several times but problem persists...

Thank you for the update.
Does it have a backup battery on board? Channel and settings memory.
Any swollen electrolytic capacitors?
Good luck............

This type of "slow startup" is often a sign of bad caps in the power supply section such that the 5V rail has too much AC on it. The internal "CPU" essentially gets confused and won't work properly. Leaving the system on for a time warms up the entire unit which can place the caps in a working state. Change the caps in the power section with new ones and try again.
