Hi

I am using a mobile inside an apparatus with other circuits also. The mobile is powered through USB. I have to power on the apparatus and also tap the mobile ON button during the start. Hence, I have to press two times to switch ON the kit. It is not professional.

Is there pulse-switch to switch ON the mobile automatically. Hope I am not the first in this word, expecting this sort of solution.

How is the mobile, is it a traditional type, it means that the mobile has button?
If the mobile has the button then you can using a ne555 to build an auto monostable and the output to drive a reed relay, and the contact of the relay connecting to the button of mobile.

USB power on → NE555 auto monostable 50mS → reed relay → button of mobile.

 

No matter what you do having a "mobile" in any device is not professional.
Why don't you simply get a GPS module or whatever you are using the mobile for instead of the whole phone
