can you please help me and tell the advantages of for astable multivibrator with 555 compared to astble multivibrator with BJT.

Well, for one thing, a 555 chip is a lot easier to build up. It's probably a lot more stable than a discrete design.

It all depends on what you are going to do with it. For sensitive measurement instruments, I would never rely on either one as a time base - like taking ADC readings, for example.
