Hi,
I want to use APD sensor for my app.
for using this sensor should bias to 5V to 100V.
This time of switching voltage betweens should be very fast.
For example high voltage(100V) should arrive top point at 100us.
I searched different topologies(Boost, flyback) but they are slower than i want .
Thanks for suggestions.

This topology is named Boost Converter.Boost converter rise time and response time are 1.5-2ms .
it doesnt seems to work.

Is there a reason for need the bias to switch so quickly? It should not be a huge challenge to make a switching circuit that can switch between the two voltages really quickly. How fast is "very fast" for your purpose?

Have you thought about how you will protect the circuit following the photodiode ( @ronsimpson 's guess sounds pretty good)?

Actually i want to change bias very quickly for increasing responsivity of apd.Very fast purpose is approximately 1us/1V ratio.
I want to arrive 100V at 100us.

What does the load for the switch look like?

Along with this, how large is the capacitive part of the load.

The more detail the better quality of advice you can receive.

You need 1mA current limited. Load=100pF. Voltage 5V to 100V.

I don't understand the load yet!
Does the load avalanche, and that is what limits the voltage?

I can build an inductor that gets charged up to 1mA. The inductor will "flyback" to some voltage set by the Avalanche Diode.

Do you have a data sheet for the Avalanche Diode? I need more information.
