I recently ordered PCBs from ALLPCB, the custom required HS code for the boards.
Per the info. provided, for 1-2 layers, I know it should be 85340090.

Now I am going to order stencils. anyone knows about the code for stencils ?
Will it be different for ones with frame or without frame ?

 

Have you tried asking ALLPCB? They likely do a lot of international business and can probably answer a lot of customs related questions.

Thanks ,You are correct, I finally got it by asking them ,The HS CODE shoud be 8479909090.
Then I should have no more issue for customs !
