Anyone have a ts100 solder iron?

It's based off esp32. According to docs, if I connect it via usb while holding one of the buttons it should appear as a usb storage device so I can upload a new firmware. But, I tried several usb cables with no luck. Any hints?

I tried connecting the usb and the power at the same time, but it doesn't seem like that's actually physically possible.
