Any idea what this SMD component is?

I have been trying hard to find out what this SMD component is using the markings on top but, unfortunately, I haven't arrived at a definitive match. I strongly suspect that this is a triac by ST microelectronics, as there is a hint of their logo on the package. However none of the markings match to any DPak components manufactured by ST. The number on top reads 151S8, that right in the middle is 3050, while the code at the bottom is Pjm1406 A1. Then the code in the central circle reads M01. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Y1 designator on the board would indicated a crystal or oscillator. But that does not look like one.

Indeed the Y designator would indicate a crystal, however the markings on the board do not follow the normal convention. In fact there is a triac in another part of the board that is marked as Y2. That is why I am suspecting this to be some sort of triac or thyristor.
