I am looking forward to design boxes for instrumentation and stereo amps. Any suggestions on books meshing with the sound properties of the box with respect to its speakers?

Are you concerned about some sort of mechanical resonances?

 

The speakers should be in proper enclosures of their own if you want decent sound quality.

I mean the enclosure that the speaker will be assembled on it. I want to calculate the properties of the box (volume, speakers' holes displacement and so on..) with respect to the speakers specifications.

 

Philips published some excellent books on speaker cabinet designs. I have one sitting on my bookshelf.
