Better than what? What is your target frequency range? Output impedence, peak-to-peak or rms voltage (fixed or variable voltage)? Budget?

Actually I'm trying to build a PWM circuit for a AC drive, so i need a Carrier (triangular) signal as well as Reference (sine) signal. so that I'll compare the both and will give the proper pulses to obtain AC Supply

Probably 1 KHz is enough

 

Please attach your block schematic, if our helpers can't see the whole picture then how can they give you a good suggestion?
