i have bought a aneng q1 multimeter before 6 month back but now i got a issue when im measuring the DC voltage , it shows the value but it shows the value bellow the correct one, then it is gradually comes to the correct voltage after few minutes, also if i change the polarity multimeter shows diffrent DC voltage , so how to solve this issue , please hep me.

How do you know it doesn't work? What are you comparing it to?
Does everything else work?
Does the DC voltage range use the same sockets for the probes as the ranges that work?

What is it that you are measuring the voltage of? Meters always interact with the circuits they are measuring, and sometimes that effect is quite noticeable.

Have you checked the battery?
