Android based tablet and fortemedia1188 voice processor

hi everyone I have android based tablet pc and there is a voice processor on the tablet.It has Fortemedia1188 voice processor(it has UART pins) and RS485,USB,ETHERNET communication protocols.How I can read the pins value of voice processor or is it possible to do that ? Thanks for your attention.
