Albania considers creating ministry run entirely by AI to fight corruption

ChatGPT will certainly steal less than any mid level manager in public sector. Probably will be more intelligent as well.
"According to the prime minister, local developers could even create an AI model to appoint people to the position of minister."

And we know that "local developers" can never, ever be corrupted.

So... why the cut in the video at the most important part -- when she's pulling the center out of the rose? You would think that would be the one part that she would be sure she did NOT cut out. Makes me immediately wonder if this is on the up and up.
It's the internet. Must be true.

@WBahn so you noticed what I did that it jumped from her showing rose to her holding the panties, and yes, I am more than a bit suspicious. Although I was a bit puzzled when she showed the rose as to just how the heck she got those panties perfectly folded and stuffed back into the rose. But, it's still a great gag story and I do seem to remember those panty roses from long ago.

Assuming that it's legit, she had two roses, one for each of her daughters. One daughter pulled the panties out of her rose and she raced to the other daughter's room to retrieve the rose there. So, presumably, the rose in the video was that second rose.

But, even assuming it's legit, I'm continually dumbfounded by this social-media-crazed culture. Something happens and the first thing people think about is how to turn it into a video that might go viral. But, this really isn't something completely new. Remember "America's Funniest Home Videos". Initially, it was supposed to be innocuous home videos that serendipitously caught something unexpected. But it took no time before most of the videos were clearly staged showing people doing stupid and dangerous things hoping they could get it onto the show. So it's not surprising that we now see an airliner that crashes, flips upside down, and catches fire having multiple people videoing as they work their way to the emergency exits.

I guess if you're living in mama's basement it's a way to make a bit of pizza and beer money. I'll never understand it though. I am still a bit of a luddite when it comes to "smart" phones. I've never made a "movie" with mine but I can check the map, read the news, use the phone, and use 2M Echo Link CQ worldwide with it (more for grins and giggles when bored). I really didn't care much for the pagers they hung on us so we could be "on call" at all times unless we arranged coverage to go on a vacation. I was completely satisfied with a flip phone. Heading offshore fishing I am always out of cell coverage and even the marine vhf I installed at home (identical to the boat one) with antenna near the roof peak on the ocean side of the roof will not make the trip. Needs to be higher to get into "sight" for VHF connectivity.

Teenage girls are hiring themselves out as hitwomen in Sweden's organized crime wars, keen to prove they are more deadly and ruthless than young men, prosecutors say.

"I had a case involving a 15-year-old girl recruited to shoot someone in the head," Stockholm prosecutor Ida Arnell told AFP. "She was able to choose the type of mission she wanted, in other words, to aim at the guy's door or his head. She chose the head."

"In general the young kids are thirsty for blood on these chats," regardless of their gender, Arnell said.

Sweden was once known for low crime, but the gangs — who emerged over the last 15 years — have changed all that with drug and arms trafficking, welfare fraud and human trafficking, authorities say.

The government now calls them a "systemic threat" to the country.
