Yeap, that's the correct one

OK if true. How in the hell did he get back on?? That does not say much for the security at United, especially since they already had an unruly passenger.

Apparently he walked to the back of the plane mumbling " I want to go home, I want to go home" . Dazed from the pummeling? Drunk? High?

But he had the words all wrong. It is "There is no place like home, there is no place like home there is no place like home".

Maybe no. The pilot has the right to eject a passenger for any reason. Assuming the plane is on the ground that is. ;)
There are sensible limits to what even the Captain should do within the contract of a boarded passenger that was 'randomly' picked to be tossed off the plane for company employees work place management. What's absolutely legal and what will make your company look like even bigger Jackasses is why the Pilots get paid good money to make good decisions. I've flown a lot in my lifetime and I've see a few idiots get tossed from planes for being drunk, disorderly, fighting, smoking, sensual misconduct and more but I've never seen a regular passenger treated with less human respect because the airline was too cheap to up the real cash ante to find a willing passenger to exit the aircraft.

How many commercials with lots if legroom, clear skies and smiling passengers arriving at great locations will United have to pay for to cancel out the fear their customer base now has of getting thrown off a flight. Based on that criteria, I think United could have upped the ante to encourage a passenger to Take a later flight with $10, 20, 50Million dollars.

The United PR department must be crying! Oh, wait, they will be the only department with an unlimited budget for the foreseeable future -they will be smiling! It's the investor relations department who will be crying. Wait, no, another department with a newly adjusted fatter budget. Well, who will be the loser? Oh yeah, shareholder!

"Ten minutes later, the doctor runs back into the plane with a bloody face, clings to a post in the back, chanting, 'I need to go home'."

A video that appears to show the man back on the plane, dazed and with blood around his mouth, saying "just kill me", has also emerged online.

Where is the video of him coming back on the plane?

Munoz handled this HORRIBLY. If I were a shareholder I would be asking for his head.
