Are you planning to output the distance measurement to a display? If so, what kind of display are you planning to use? If not, what are you planning to feed the linearized output to once it is generated?

I am not displaying this o/p . I will just measure it with multimeter.
This o/p can be interfaced with PLC to indicate the voltage in terms of distance.

 

As far as I can see, you can either go with digital linearisation or change the sensor to a linear proximity one (depending on the working distance that you are trying to achieve). Seeking other solutions which may or may not be available at this stage is probably just a waste of precious time.
