I have a Schneider Altivar 71 drive which was giving me an error of IGBT short circuit. Since then I have replaced the IGBT Power Card with a new card. After reconnecting the drive and powering it up, it is still giving the same error.
Any help or advise will be highly appreciated.

does the "Powering it up" = running a self-test ( i'm asking because the hardware change may require a re-calibration procedure -- without what the last error condition is not cleared ← but that's maybe -- otherwise it's Schneider's business to assist you ?? why ask it here -- we don't give warranted advice ! )

 

Looks like there's two big electrolytic caps missing from the board. Or are they optional extras?

 

Your error probably lays outside the power card then.
I have no idea about the device or any other parts inside of it. Maybe we could be more help if you showed more pictures of how it works and how it connected outside the power card.
