I am having some issues with the altivar 11 with the fault code : "ovf"
Already checked the motor , and tried the drive without the motor and the result was the same .

Is this during commissioning? or after running for some time?
Have you tried resetting to default setting?

It starts for about 20-40 seconds then shut-downs the Altivar with code : "ovf" ..
Also I checked the thermal state: when it's greater or equal to 118 It tricks the drive to "ovf"

Also I can't access "FUN" from altivar for resetting

 

Has the drive been in operation before OK or just after commissioning?
If the supply is OK and correct voltage, it may have a BJT short if it still shows OLF with no motor connected.

The drive operation before was OK , supply is OK , also the correct voltage .

(I believed that the MOSFET IRFBC20 was the problem but after testing it without the circuit It was resultet OK)

 

Did you test them all?
There normally is six, either BJT or Mosfet.
If the error shows with no motor, it is generally a short or O/L on the output somewhere.

Sorry dear , but I only see this Mosfet can't find bjt or other mosfet , what should I do
(The error show with no motor too )

 

If the mosfets are in a single device, you may have a 3 phase bridge block, so they would all be one unit.
