Hello....
Looking to bring contacts from an alternator to a pcb. Can someone tell me what I need to do to protect the ground on my PCB from anything that would cause it to be other than ground??

Why are you wanting to do this, the alternator will normally have two sets of windings, that will have a pcb with diodes in already?

 

Aren't automotive alternators three phase? Three output coils and one input coil?

What exactly are you hoping to do with an alternator?
