Hello, I have to attach a new mains lead to this blower that is used to inflate a bouncy castle, unfortunately the original mains lead has been removed, There are three wires coming from the motor, Red, Blue and Black, There is a 30uf 450V capacitor with two wires coming from it, Blue and Black, There is a bolt on the casing for the earth in to attach to, can some one please help me wire it up?,

Measure the winding resistance coming out of the motor, then list the values and it will show the start and run winding's if they are different.

OK so it looks like Red Blk are your run winding, connected to the AC supply, connect the neutral to black.
Connect the capacitor in series with the blue and connect the open end of the cap to the AC L1 live.
Connect earth ground conductor to motor frame.
Are you in N.A. 120v or 240v?

Hello, 240v, just to be clear your saying one wire of the cap to live and the other wire from the cap to Neutral ?,

No, the cap is wired in series with the blue conductor which then ends up at the blk, where the Neutral is connected.
The 'open' end of the cap then goes to the live conductor together with the Red.
IOW, you have L1 - Cap - blue cond - start coil - black (N).
