Regardless of everything else, it takes power to move water, and one HP equals 760 watts of power. So at any lower voltage that will be a lot of amps. So once you get data about the parts of any intended system, please do the math to see the currents and power levels involved. And just to make the math easier, you could assume 100% efficiency, although your actual required power will be a bit more.
