I bought this pump a year ago:

The battery died & instead of sending a new battery housing, they sent a whole new system, so I have 2x10 Watt panels which I could hook up to the current 2 I have at the moment.

My question is:
Will adding the extra 2 10 Watt panels cause any damage to any of the other components?

No, not if the new batteries are connected in parallel with the old ones. All other things being equal, the new panels will simply supply twice as much current to the charge controller that charges the battery.
