I am trying to troubleshoot this laptop which shows no signs of life whatsoever. I am currently trying to test the jack socket. When connected to the charger and in the powered off position, i get 19 volts on 2 of the jack socket pins to the motherboard. I get 0 volts on the other 2. Is this normal or should there be 19 volts on all 4 pins? ALso there is virtually no voltage on most of the motherboard when connected to the charger apart from near the jack socket.
