hi, I really need help. I repair Acer 4750 Travelmate. the problem is not being able to charge the battery. I have changed the ic charging (ISL 88731A) and both the mosfet PU 4005 and PU 4004 but it didn't work, precisely after the charging runs around 15 minutes mosfet was short. and after I measured the ACOK pin 13 = 0.5v, DCIN pin 22 = 18v, ACIN pin 2 = 3,3v.
my question is:
1. Is the voltage measurement done when the ic is installed and both mosfets are installed, or it doesn't matter if it's done in a detached state?
2. Is the ACOK volt 13 pin present when the IC is installed and in good condition? I want to make measurements without the IC installed because I only have 1 backup IC ...
