Can i ground an AC and DC circuit at the same terminal?

 

Not enough information.

If the AC is the secondary of a transformer (isolation from the mains), then yes.
If it is mains voltage, you never ground the Neutral wire anywhere but the power distribution (breaker) panel - in the States, anyway.
