That looks right.

Just be aware that some transformers, even though they say 12V, may have a somewhat lower voltage than that when you apply a big load. With a small transformer, the easiest way to tell is to put a load on it and then measure it.

Don't worry about this till you get the circuit working. Then, put the biggest load you will be expecting on it and measure the DC voltage across the first capacitor. If it drops below about 14V (the filtered voltage is higher than the AC RMS voltage), then you have reached the limit of your components.
