I want details about how LM339 use in E Electric bicycle

Can't tell without a schematic showing how it/they are being used.

Comparators are best used to compare signals, but they can be used as amplifiers in some cases.

 

It's schematic not available but it is used in e bicycle
Which consist PMDC motor of 12V
It changes by a toggle switch which connect to microcontroller kit
At 1 condition PMDC act as motor
While paddling of cycle stop motor get power from battery
When toggle changes 2 condition it act as generator we need to paddling cycle
Battery start to charge

This information isn't helpful. There is more than one e bicycle design and they wouldn't have to use the same circuitry.

It could be used as part of a PWM circuit for controlling motor speed, or it could be part of a circuit monitoring battery charge/discharge. Or it might be part of a horn-sounding circuit. Or ........ who knows?

Have you read the data sheet for the LM339? This will tell you a lot about the device and its likely functions in your application.

But understanding what a component does tells you very little about the larger circuit. It's like picking a word out of a book. You can look up the definition but that won't tell you much about the book.

From that I understood that this IC is used as comparator
