It changes by a toggle switch which connect to microcontroller kit
At 1 condition PMDC act as motor
While paddling of cycle stop motor get power from battery
When toggle changes 2 condition it act as generator we need to paddling cycle

But understanding what a component does tells you very little about the larger circuit. It's like picking a word out of a book. You can look up the definition but that won't tell you much about the book.
Ya hopefully I read data sheet from that I understood that this IC is used as comparatorIt could be used as part of a PWM circuit for controlling motor speed, or it could be part of a circuit monitoring battery charge/discharge. Or it might be part of a horn-sounding circuit. Or ........ who knows?
