Recently my family and I have been subject to a troll using some form of technology to speak to us in a way that seems to be in our ear as well as bouncing off certain rooms and areas of the house. I've been unable to block or stop the sound/transmission of audio and even when unplugging and sealing off all electronics it continues. This person has started saying they are going to molest children....kill people.... you get the idea. It doesn't even completely stop when surrounded by wood and other shielding materials. Does anyone have an idea of how this is possible to be done and how to prevent, track, or neutralize it so it stops. They aren't allowing my children to sleep and my youngest is saying he's feeling what seems to be an electric shock in his ear/on his body. Any help is appreciated.

I reported it to the police and spoke to an officer. They do not have the equipment or knowledge on whats going on and they decided they werent going to pursue it any further. Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department.

 

What you are saying is extremely unlikely. I would look for explanations that do not involve hostile 3’rd parties and sophisticated electronics, that is not where the answer lies. Have you brought this to the attention of a medical professional?

I'm sorry for your misfortune. I am not aware of any technology that would allow them to do what you are describing. If you can hear the sound you should be able to record it. That would give your story more credability. Cops are not necessarily aware of advanced technologies that they have not been trained on. Since they mostly don't know the law either, it is not surprising that they don't believe your story. There might be one or two members here who might have some clues that would provide some insight. It is rumored that they built equipment to operate from aluminum suitcases – also known as "spy stuff".

 

If this is real, then you should be able to get others to come and witness it. Start with neighbors whom you can get to come over on short notice when it starts happening. Both of you write down, independently, what is being said. If it agrees, approach the local news media and have one of their people come out and be a witness. If that person verifies your story, you can pretty much bet that that news outlet will jump on it and want to obtain verifiable evidence of what you are claiming -- it would be a huge story for them. At that point, the authorities will almost have to take real notice. On the other hand, if no one else can confirm your story, then it's time to consider that you need to seek professional help from the medical community.

Yes its been documented at the hospital that some form of transmission was being used to target and harass my family. Its been recorded and I have the recordings saved. The nurses were able to hear it as well and were terrified. It is not a group delusion, or a "message from god" as lesser clear minded people would think. It is without a doubt a transmission/equipment capable of sending and receiving audio transmissions.

This isn't making much sense. How were people at the hospital able to hear and record something was happening at your house?

If you have all these witnesses and recordings, then you should have any problem getting official attention. Why didn't you provide that information and share the recordings with the police you spoke with?

I did and they refused to look into it further. If you're going to be inquisitive over the legitimacy of this don't comment. I am unaware of how it is able to be transmitted to different places and why the police refused to help after being shown the severity of the issue. I have recordings right here that I can link you to. Bottom line is police cant/wont help, its hurting myself and children and im alone trying to figure out how to stop it. You commenting saying it doesnt make sense just shows your inability to comprehend something like this or you just want to cause more harm. Do not comment again unless it is constructive and not questioning the validity.

The actual issue is figuring out the type of transmission and equipment being used to find, track, and stop this. It is actually happening and I am unaware of how they are doing it but once I figure it out I will obviously be pressing charges and showing to others how to stop it so this doesnt happen to other people.

this is just a partial recording. dead silent room. this is in myself and my families ears constantly.

 

This is being literally blasted in our ears everywhere we walk/go. Its clearly some form of device sending signals to anything that can receive it.

I appreciate the comment but I need to figure out how to STOP the transmission all together. Even with all technology and items with speakers turned off it still persists.

Listen with and without headphones. I can clearly hear an old woman saying "I wanna talk/ I wanna touch you through what sounds like a broken and static transmission. When I have headphones on its not as audible. Coming straight out of my monitor speaker it is clear. Turn the volume up. I promise you.
