I want to build a simple solar powered lamp post with 2 x Ni-MH battery ( 3000mAH) and 1 watt LED. Pls someone help me. Give me some circuits which must be simple and parts must available in the marcket.

Do you really want to build it, or do you just want to have it? Such things are available in any hardware store and are not expensive. Building your own will be much more costly. Depending on the season, they are almost given away where I live (not the nice kind you want, though). If you cannot find the style you want, I would still use the electronics out of a commercial device and adapt them to the lamp of my choice.

One thing, your 1W LED is a lot more powerful than the usual lamp. You'll need a PV panel larger than usual, or you can put several in parallel.
