I'm struggling with a homework question in my Power systems class. The material in the homework is not yet covered, but I was told by students who took the class before this is the teacher method. So, what I need is what are materials needed to solve the question below.

I'm reading between the lines, but it appears that you are needing to determine the load on the air conditioner based on the heat dumped into the area by the electrical loads. That doesn't seem very realistic to me, but for an academic exercise it might not be too bad as a starting point.
