@7.46 volts the auto light bulb draws 1.04 amps. So my LiPo was delivering 1 amp. Again, my LiPo is rated at 3 amp hours. At that low temperature (bulb glowing but not burning brightly) the resistance should be 7.17Ω.

Just out of curiosity I cranked the supply to 13.6 volts and the bulb draws 1.59 amps. That's 8.55Ω.

An older Li-PO battery is fully charged at 4.20V per cell. New ones with ferrous are lower, newer ones with another chemical are higher.
They store at 3.7V per cell for years but not long when fully charged.
I still have the name brand lithium battery from my daughter's first cell phone. After storing at 3.7V for 20 years it is still 3.7V with lots of power. An old lead acid battery lasts for a few months without charging all the time like in a car.

The ebay Li-PO battery for a tablet is a joke. Since it is no-name-brand then they let it blowup and catch on fire so you will replace it over and over.
