6-DoF analog device

Hi everyone,

does anyone know on which chip this product is based?

Because I'm trying to develop a small sensor for auto safety crash testing, aerospace testing, pedestrian impact, rollover testing, motorsports, robotic system, etc... which is able to give 6 analogic separate signals for acceleration and angular rate.

Does anyone can help me in this?
