So, got this project due for tomorrow and it says that through a 5pin input, display the one's or two's conplement which is controlled by another pin on two 7 seg displays and when its a negative the first 7segdisplay should be a - or if its a number bigger than 9 it should display a 1. All this with the help of a ROM. Struggling to find a concrete way help would be appreciated. THX

The requirements are that we use 1x5pin input and ROM.
And an example given is like INPUT:10111 (-12) with one's C: First display to show -1, the 2nd to show 2. Thx
