I was looking for a good 4k 60FPS Camcorder on Amazon.

I found this one and then watched some spots on YouTube talking about it.

Can anybody tell me if this is one I should stay away from?

I tend to get worried about any item on Amazon with less than a 4 stars rating. Read the low end reviews to see what people didn't like. If they complain about things that aren't terribly important to you, then maybe it's OK. If the complaints indicate serious (to you) deficiencies, maybe it's not even worth that very low price.

One thing that's fairly typical to find with "cheap stuff on Amazon" is that, for units that don't work at the beginning, it's next to impossible to get warranty service. If you're lucky and get a working unit, it might work great. That shows up as lots of 4&5 star reviews and a handful of 1&2s.

What are you planning to use the camera for, a VLOG? 4K and 60fps may be overkill. Just because you can shoot at that level doesn't mean you should. The usual streaming services limit video quality and there's little reason to record at a higher standard than can be delivered to the viewer. Just something to consider.

18X Digital Zoom
Digital Zoom is a joke. Zoomed in, the resolution is very low. " 3840*2160 " zoomed out. 1920x1080 at 2x (or 4x depending on how you count), 860x540 at 4x.
I noticed they say " 3840*2160 " and " 4K digital camera " and "48MP". These numbers are strange. I count a pixel as a R,G,B cell. Some people count Red=1, Green=2, Blue=3, IR=4, so they get 3 or 4x larger numbers.
It's a good camera for beginners, it does not have auto focus it's blurry when you try to focus on an object and you have to stay a certain distance to video

It can zoom in and out, but can’t focus, which is bad.

The remote doesn't work

battery dosnt last very long. good picture

@biferi it looks like overpriced junk. I suspect it is built around a mobile phone sensor and it has no ability to focus (auto or even manual as far as I can tell), and a fixed focal length lens as well. Digital zoom is pretty useless in practice.

What dd you want to use it for?

Why do you need 60fps? Why 4k? That is a large amount of data in a short time.
Assuming 3x8 bit color data, that is about 720,000 bytes/second.

Lens hoods serve two functions:

1. To reduce off-axis light from getting into the lens and reducing contrast or causing flares
2. To protect the lens from direct impacts to the surface

The first was the original intention, the second a useful side effect.

To do the first job, the hood has to between the lens and any light that could hit it but not be part of the image.
That's why telephoto hoods are long and deep while wide angle lens hood are short and shallow.

For zoom lenses there is a type of hood called a "tulip" which gets its name because of its appearance. It has cutouts that give it a tulip shape which remove portions that would be visible as the lens is zoomed out.

The pictured hood on the camera at your link has openings at the back. Any light coming from there can't get into the lens so the hood should work fine for the intended purpose.

I live in the USA and I would be ok paying a little over $200 for a 4k 60FPS Camcorder.

Witch one would you tell me to look at on Amazon?

None for that price—they will all be junk. It isn't possible to sell a camcorder worth using for that price so anything you buy will basically be a lie, something made to look like a camcorder, almost certainly using a cell phone camera sensor.

They will probably not actually be capable of 4K or 60fps either,
