I wanted to know how to turn off the Information on the Display Screen on this Camcorder?

I go into settings but I see no OSD or anything like this.

On the camcorders that I have used, the on-screen display part does not get recorded. Of course, that may have changed. It is definitely unwanted if you are using it as a video camera.

 

It does not get recorded I just want to take it off the Display Screen for me.

It make it hard for me to see if I am getting the Top and Bottom of what I want because the information is there.

 

There may be an option in the camcorder setup to not display the "OSD" information. an investigation intothe instruction manual may reveal that.
