You really need to supply quite a bit more detailed info.
It could be this will work for you https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Giga...keywords=tp+link+POE10R&qid=1599521301&sr=8-1 but from your post, it is hard to say. I use a few of them and find they work well, powering WiFi access points and VOIP devices using POE.
What is your application and what voltage and current do you require from the device?

hi dendad may input voltage is 48V(power +data) I want to decrease the voltage to 24V and I want to split the data from power.
Are you talking about an Ethernet POE switch running this, and generating 24V from that, and passing the Ethernet data to the powered device?
If not, please explain what you are trying to do. What is the "power + data", and what is the 24V load? How much power does the load require?

dendad I have android tablet PC.I will feed it with 24V and I will connect it to the ethernet. There is 48V(power+data) cable.I mean ethernet data and power carried on the same wires.(on 4 wires). I want to decrease the voltage to 24V and I want to split the ethernet and power. My input will be 4 wire(data+poe) and output will be 8 wires.(4 wires data and 4 wires poe)
