3w UV LED - does it kill bacteria and virus?

Hi, I know this is a little off-topic but can anyone confirm that these 3 watt leds kill bacteria and viruses like the powerful ones or not?
Spec:
VF:3.6-3.8
IF:700ma
WLD:390-400nm
