I've been hearing about this technology every once in a while but is this really something that's going on?

They even have these so called 'design files' that you can use to 'print' your own things like this led circuit board:

Has anyone tried using this on their own? I would love to start making my own custom electronic parts. Hope it's something affordable.

That's pretty interesting - Thx for the share. So I guess all 3d printers use these 'filaments'?. Kind of like ink for a normal printer?

Note that 3D printing "conductive" materials are better described as "low resistance" materials. Usually several kph so per meter and that number is not scalable like metals because of how particles overlap in the polymer matrix. That is, it my be several kOhms no matter how short a trace is, or how wide/thick. Also, the number can go up for thin cross-sections or if the alignment of particles is messed up by different processing technologies.

Hey guys, just an update :) After tons of research and saving up like a mofo lol I finally got a FDM / FFS based 3D printer. It's a RoVa 3D. Made sense because I'm in Canada so yeah. Excited to make some solid prints and share it with you guys. If there are any other fellow RoVa users, get in touch with me.
