I have two step files belong to the 3D model of a PCB connector. How can I combine the step files to make one step file representing 3D model of the connector.

 

I don't know what is a step file.
I use Autodesk Inventor. I know that you can create separate parts of an object and then you can join them to create one object.

 

Yes, I also have two step files and they represent two 3D section of the PCB mount connector. Any idea if we can also merg them in Mentor PCB Xpedition ?
