3 x Li-ion 11.1-12.6V in Parallel

I've researched the topic quite a bit and I am looking to clarify before going ahead. My application requires long time periods between charges. I have nine identical 18650 Li-ion batteries connected to three 3S protection circuits, three per protection PCB. The PCB's are then connected in parallel with a female DC power plug as well as a 11.1-12.6V output towards the application. The 3 battery circuits can then simply be charged by a male 12.6V DC charger. Is my process going about this correct?
