3 phase inverter using mosfet

I want to design 3 phase inverter that will be connected to the grid (380vAC) using mosfet , What is the minimum rating voltage on the drain of the mosfet transistor? could it be 600 volt?

I don't know. You have provided no usable information of any kind relating to what you want to do and how you want to do it so what exactly do you want?

Right now in technical terms you question read like this.

'I have a bolt/screw on my vehicle. Can I torque it to X foot pounds? '
