I am looking for fets that work between 26 and 40G but haven't had much luck, best 've found in the mini circuits IC gain blocks. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Must be extremely hard to get?

If you mean GHz, operating in that frequency range requires specialized knowledge, equipment, and design.
Do you have all those?

 

Some yes and I have all the eq.

 

Transistors in that frequency range are not common, but are available.
And they require 40GHz microwave transmission line circuit techniques to use them.
Did a google search not show anything?
