240w Power Supply at 93.5% efficiency = 256w or 271w at wall?

Bummer.
It's curious that they don't make one since 220V-240V is commonly used in much of the world.
I can find a Kill a Watt type 230 device for foreign markets - then you get into the whole 50hz vs 60 hz thing.
... Perhaps one of these would work.
If I use one of these to get the watts at wall that would be "apparent" power?
Do I then multiply the watts by the power supplies input "power factor"
(.95 at 230v) to come up with the "true" watts?
