Hello to you all, how can i safely make a 240v ac to 12v dc circiut without the use of a transformer as the power source..........
What i want to make is a 240vac to 12vdc keeping it small to power a ultra bright led.
If any one can help i would be very grateful...........many thanks to you all....Mobiouss

 

That is not possible to do safely. You must use a transformer.
