Hello friends,
I have a problem here. I need a source of 15V / 5A. But I'm not getting everything I tried to put together generates a lot of power. Overloading the components.

Does anyone have any idea how to help me? Using bipolar junction transistors and an alternate source.

I could recommend a power supply that plugs into the wall. Is that what you want?
What country are you in?
What kind of circuit are you working on?

Inverter, generator??? -- 'Be explicit son!':D:D:D

EDIT: Um sorry!!! --- I misread your OP as "115V" -- guess there really is "no disguise for that double vision":cool:

Well obviously if you will be powering the desired PSU from the 'mains', the 'definitive' topologies are SMPS or Linear -- Inasmuch as you referenced BJTs I can but guess you are attempting implementation of the latter?

Helpful responses require further detail...:)

Best regards
