Hi all
I am looking to design a power converter (which topology is what I'm unsure about would be better if I could simulate it in LTSpice) with input of 12V and outputs -175V and has a dynamic load that goes from no load to -175V I need the output voltage to be constant regardless of the load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

You could start by explaining what you mean by that load going from no load to some voltage. Load is usually specified as current or resistance, so could it be that 2.14A is the full load?
As for topology, a two-switch forward is probably the easiest way to go, but you need to design your own transformer.

Sorry this converter will be providing a voltage source to several switching devices to different loads so the load that the power converter sees will change constantly but I need the voltage to be constant and only the current delivered to be changing. Do you have a suggestion of a controller that I can use to design/simulate the two switch forward converter? The transformer won't be an issue this is something I will get manufactured externally I just have to give them a spec.

If you want to simulate it easily, then I wold simply go to linear.com and choose some of their products, and then use ltspice to simulate it.
