I'm currently working on a project where I would like to use 12v DC LED toggle switches (green led in the end of the toggle http://www.ebay.com/itm/10x-12V-20A...Parts_Accessories&hash=item566d34a351&vxp=mtr) in a 120v AC circuit. Actual power usage would be approximately 150-200 watts. Is this possible without having to use extra parts such as relays and transformers?

 

Why not use the 120vac versions? They are the same configuration as the ones shown.
Do you need the same current rating as those?

Availability/price is the main reason for going with the 12v version.

I'm going for a certain look, the toggle switch with flippable safety cover type, similar to what you would see in an aircraft cockpit.

 

Then if you want to switch both 20vac and low voltage dc then you would need a DPDT or DPST type.

Components must be used within their ratings..

As stated there are plenty of AC rated "cockpit" style switches..
