Hello all
I already have seen similar post, but to ask question for my case.
There are 12 v battery sealed no maintenance required acid battery and 24 v charger from my cordless drill. I have checked the output with voltmeter and i found that it gives 24v for second and then 0v for second an so on.
1. Is this so called trickle charger?
2. And can it be used since it's not giving continuous 24v?

Charger fo NiMH battery. The battery i want to charge is lead battery (i think), it contains acid.

1) No.
2) Not without a lot of electronics to control the charging voltage/current.
