please help me how can i design a 12 hour asynchronous clock using flip flops

 

S0 one on-off 50% cycle every 12 hours...or a pulse every 12 Hr...or on 12 Hr and off 12 Hr? How accurate?

You get a whole bunch of flip-flops in a 4060 IC with an R-C oscillator thrown in. Or about 11 D type FF's ripple connected with a 1 min clock??
