LinkedinCan anyone tell me what I need to upgrade my 2 diving torches to powerful LED.
Both torches have waterproof mechanical on/off switches and are made of plastic.
The smaller torch runs on 4 aa rechargeable standard batteries.
The larger one has a 4.8v 4.4amp ni cad rechargeable battery.
Being new to LEDs I am unsure what led's to buy, the resistor to fit and any heat sink I would need bering in mind the torch casing and lens cap are plastic. I also need to know how many I should use and how to wire them up.
