RF Signal Analysis from UHF Wireless Microphone system

Hello to all members !!
I newbie to electronics
Today,friend send me to inspect a digital wireless microphone system because when he powers on the transmitter the RF meter on receiver don't show signal
I have tested the transmitter to see if it works with spectrum analyzer but i can't determine if this type of signal is modulated digitally or not
