Latching it pulse relay

Hello everyone. I am looking to make signal lights for a model railway. The track turnouts operate on a signal coil that only requires momentary power. You apply power to move the turnout and reverse polarity to move it back. Is there a way I could add signal lights with a latching relay or something so that when I move the turnout, a red light would turn off and a green pun would turn on and switch back when I reverse polarity to move the switch back to the other track?
